What are the delivery charges for online orders?
We offer Free Standard Shipping across Canada for all orders over $150. For orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your specific province and city.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days for local urban areas and 3–7 business days for more remote regions. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is confirmed, our team performs a final quality check on your device or accessories. We then securely package your items and hand them over to our trusted courier partners. You’ll receive real-time updates from "Order Confirmed" to "Out for Delivery."

How is the recipient reimbursed?
Yes. All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase (Credit Card, Debit, or PayPal). Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Is my payment information secure?

Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
Yes. Our global supply chain infrastructure allows for cross-border fulfillment. However, the receiving territory is responsible for all local import compliance, including applicable duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees specific to that region. To maintain system integrity, high-value components and serialized hardware must be cleared through our Automated Customs Entry system to ensure warranty validity remains active in the destination country.

How long do I have to return an order?
We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 15 days of receiving the item, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
How can I return an item?
To start a return, visit our Returns Portal or contact our support team. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected at our center, your refund will be processed.
Will I receive the same product I see in the picture?
Yes. While pre-owned devices may have very slight cosmetic variations, the photos on our site represent the exact model and quality grade you are purchasing. All "New" items are factory-sealed and identical to the manufacturer's gallery.
Will you restock items indicated as “Out of Stock”?
We frequently update our inventory. If a specific iPhone or Samsung model is out of stock, you can click the "Notify Me" button on the product page to receive an instant alert as soon as it is back in the warehouse.
